OME owns several CNC for different types of processing: turning, drilling, tapping, milling and grinding. Many machines are equipped with advanced automation systems (robotic arms). The tooling department represents an area of constant innovation, thanks to the collaboration with the major tool manufacturers.
Each phase is subjected to the process controls that characterize a highly performing quality system. Data collection allows to work in a 4.0 environment, providing continuous improvement on production processes.
