La sicurezza di un prodotto nasce dalla garanzia offerta dal processo produttivo, dalla selezione dei fornitori e dall’accurato approvvigionamento della materia prima, dalla sapiente lettura e comprensione delle richieste del cliente e dal rispetto delle normative internazionali in tutte le fasi del processo produttivo.
OME, sin dalla sua fondazione, si è sempre contraddistinta per proporre al mercato un “sistema di qualità”, secondo cui l’ottenimento di una certificazione è il naturale riconoscimento del processo produttivo adottato e validato unitamente alla qualità del prodotto.
Un risultato raggiunto spesso in largo anticipo sui tempi, che scaturisce dall’attitudine a lavorare secondo il principio del miglioramento continuo e dalla costante attenzione alla soddisfazione del cliente.

L’affidabilità dei prodotti OME è riconosciuta in tutti i mercati di riferimento (Oil&Gas, Nucleare, Energetico, Navale, Aerospaziale e Grandi opere) ed è la sintesi dell’orientamento al cliente che permea la cultura aziendale.
La qualità in OME nasce dalla passione per l’evoluzione continua e dal senso di responsabilità proprio di tutte le risorse che operano in azienda. Un atteggiamento che nasce dalla consapevolezza che i prodotti “Made in OME” troveranno applicazione in ambienti spesso critici e in settori strategici: dai sistemi di fissaggio impiegati sulle piattaforme petrolifere, ai gasdotti o ai reattori nucleari o, ancora, agli accessori che consentono il corretto funzionamento dei grandi motori navali.
“Sistema di qualità” è anche capacità nell’interpretare le caratteristiche dei materiali applicati a determinati processi produttivi, soprattutto nell’evasione di commesse “speciali”. Il primo riconoscimento di qualità risale al 1972 e viene rilasciato da TÜV BAYERN per l’“Omologazione di prodotto” nella tiranteria e bulloneria speciale.
Da allora, OME ha conseguito e costantemente rinnovato le più importanti certificazioni internazionali nei più diversi settori applicativi, sia per i processi produttivi, che per i prodotti.
