The PTFE painting department, equipped with automated and manual lines, guarantees service and maximum flexibility in compliance with quality standards, environmental protections. OME is approved by PPG WHITFORD for Teflon® and Ceramic coatings.
The surface galvanic coatings are carried out in outsourcing, from selected and certified suppliers according to the strictest quality and environmental protection standards.
Upon returning to OME, the treated products are subjected to quality control tests (carried in its or external laboratories), to verify integrity and coupling of the components and the maintenance of the parameters required by specification.
